“People who stop laughing are always the ones who get hurt.” ~ Josh Sundquist,

Hi !

Someone once said during my journey as a teacher, always bring humor in the class, lighten the mood, it doesn’t need to be serious all the time, or else there is no joy in learning. In retrospect, humor an essential ingredient in our daily life - like manure is for plants, stories are for children and love in a relationship. Humor adds that extra zing in your life.

In a heated argument, a joke would do wonders to lighten up the mood, break the tension. In any circumstances, humor has the power to alter the energy of a place, bring down barriers, dissolves our ego and enriches the soul - and that makes it SACRED.

Let your inner child loose, allow her to laugh like a child. When was the last time you laughed like a child?

“There's nothing more contagious than the laughter of young children; it doesn't even have to matter what they're laughing about.” ~ Criss Jami
