The way we define success often determines the way we lead our lives. If our definition of success is based on the above quote, then our lives too would be different - we would be more into creative pursuits, living a simpler life, and focusing more on connections.
While if our definition of success was rooted in living up to the standards of society, then our lives too would be a reflection of our choice..
When I started my career as a journalist, I was very passionate about cricket, and I wanted to make it big, and become a sports broadcaster. Following my passion was important, it nourished my soul at a point of time.
Over the years, the definition of success has undergone a drastic change, I yearn to go for a walk in nature, watching birds nourishes my soul, gardening is therapeutic and writing is cathartic. The rest just follows….
