Kundalini Rising: Awakening the Seven Chakras

Within each of us resides a subtle system of channels or energy pathways (nadis), and energy centers (chakras) which are responsible for our physical, emotional and spiritual being. They are like spinning wheels of light, providing gateways to lower and higher dimensional consciousness.

Each of the seven chakras have specific spiritual qualities - which are intact within us and can never be destroyed. The kundalini or the creative life force energy, exists in everyone's body, usually in a dormant state. It is represented as a coiled snake that rests at the base of the spine, or root chakra. With dedicated practice of yoga, meditation or any other forms of spiritual development can assist in awakening the kundalini energy.

This Kundalini rising series will help you in the process of awakening your chakras, uniting the masculine and feminine energies and connecting to your higher self and the Cosmos
