Hi ,

ife has been quite a challenge of sorts, the juggling, the planning, the caregiving, the sorting out, the decision-making, etc. etc.

This makes it necessary for me to step away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day living. Not with the intention of running away from responsibilities, but to step away from the usual environment. A change of scenery helps loosen inner knots we may not even realize we’ve tied.

A change from the routine enables a mental reset. Relaxation doesn't mean to be passive; relaxation can be uplifting, it can bring joy and renewed energy. For me, doing Yoga becomes an outlet to letting go and immersing myself in something higher than me.

In the words of Paramhansa Yogananda, “We get fatigued from repeatedly using the same part of the brain.” He said that the best relaxation comes from shifting to a completely different kind of activity.

If your work involves being intellectually engaged, then do something creative, painting, for example or any activity that involves the heart.

So friends, find the time to relax, choose something different. Something fun. Something that draws you inward to the joy already within you.

If you feel a calling to do yoga, Bhavika is offering monthly classes for a very reasonable monetary exchange for the first 10 sign ups. Respond back to the email if interested for online sessions.

With Love,

Bhavika & Clyde
