Dear ,

I have had a burning desire to get a motorcycle, for logical reasons, it's far more economical and there's also no road toll for bikes here. But I also think that owning a bike can radically change your perspective of things.

For example, when we go for a road trip in a car we carry extra bags that we don't even need, bedsheets, a stove, extra clothes that we don't generally use. But on a bike you can't do that, you are compelled to take only the necessities and perhaps a wee bit more, but overall you travel light as compared to a car.

On the other hand, a car is so much more convenient, you can all travel together, carry far more than what you need, and it's so much safer, is what most people say.

Similarly, as we journey into life we add baggage to our lives - material or emotional, and we drive around with it, like we're in a car with massive boot space. What would you get rid of if you had to get on to a bike for the rest of the journey?

Perhaps this is why bike riding is so fulfilling, less just seems to be more!
