Hi
There are a few times a year when I go to church, sometimes I regret it and sometimes I gain from the experience. Today's mass the father spoke about how Thomas Edison had a major set back in his life, when his factory burnt down.
While the flames raged and he never seemed to lose his cool even though majority of his life's work was being burnt to the ground. He calmly stated that he would start afresh again the next day and the fire has actually helped him get rid of a lot of rubbish.
We too over time tend to collect a lot of traits or baggage that no longer serves us. If you look at the story of Christ metaphorically, Easter is a time of being reborn, to be renewed, an opportunity to reflect and transform. We all have the opportunity to rise from the dead and the dread of this world.
To become better in all aspects that this reality has to offer us, Ryan Holiday the author or the daily stoic, said, "To do great things, we need to be able to endure tragedy and setbacks. We've got to love what we do and all that it entails, good and bad. We have to learn to find joy in every single thing that happens."
I hope you find a way to transform your demons into diamonds, pain into strength and your wounds into wisdom.
Happy Easter!
