Hi ,
In my recent article on growing beyond your childhood trauma, I spoke about methods that helped me to grow beyond this trauma. Although the below method did not find place in that article, last night when I was laying in bed, after a day of intermediate fasting, I did a meditation in the wee hours of the morning.
I do this regularly when I need to tune in, and thought I would send it out here since I missed writing about it in the article. When I say tune in, I actually move my consciousness through each and every part of my body. It was during my healing sessions with Ayahuasca, that I picked up this technology.
What I mean by consciousness is I can actually feel a sort of energy moving to the point it's focused on. During my second Ayahuasca ceremony, I had a major breakthrough, that I have written about it here.
This poem I wrote will give you enough insight into it as well -

“Amongst the chaos I emerged calm and brave. All my fears were left in their grave. The churning of gears, the voice in my head, All was stopped, but I wasn’t dead. With each breath of air, life was renewed. Transformed by the spirit vine, Unburdened and purified. Mother works her magic and she knows best. Let her flow, rekindling the fire in your soul All the healing you need, she knows.”

At the end of my third session, I realised that I need more integration in my life. That I would not participate in another ceremony until I integrate all the learnings I have had.
Integration in your life is the most important takeaway from any healing modality, and the most difficult progress. The truth is every psychedelic experience, makes you more aware of your consciousness, and you learn techniques of holding space and healing yourself in a multidimensional reality.
