Hi ,
Sacrifice and becoming are the fundamental pillars of life. It is an intimate dance between certainty and uncertainty, holding on and letting go, death and rebirth, stagnation and transformation - this brings a whole new perspective to our existence. The way I see it is that every traditional festival is a metaphorical ocean of wisdom and life truths, if only we tap into it. The seed sacrifices itself, to give birth to a new plant, like the way one should shed old habitual patterns for the ‘new’ version to emerge. It reminds us that today is a time to plant, to hope, and to become a better version of yourself. Sometimes it's required to let go of your desires, your wishes, for a better you to emerge.
When I was in my early 20s the cricket bug had hit me and I wanted to become a sports broadcaster, but life took its own course, and Fractal Enlightenment emerged. So there is always something better, ‘new’ in store if you allow it to unfold.
