The healer also needs healing. The planner also needs surprises. The giver also needs to receive. The thoughtful one also needs to be thought of. The considerate one also needs to be considered.

One of the things we do that helps us get by is host an Airbnb at our family home. It's a lot of work and effort that goes into it, especially when you really want to give your guests the best experience they can possibly have.

One of the most important things for us when we travel is to have a clean space. We put a lot of effort into that - do the deep cleaning of the house, from the washrooms to the ceiling, windows, garden - we ensure that the space is sparkling clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Here are a few new emotions we're experiencing that used to be far more rare. When a guest acknowledges our efforts by stating, "Wow, I like how clean the place feels," it really makes us feel appreciated.

We recently had our first long stay and the guests took us out for a surprise dinner. :)

What I realised is it really feels good when someone completes the circle and recognises the efforts you put in.

Let's say someone opens the door for you, your immediate response is, "Thank You", the person holding the door says, "Welcome" and life goes on. "Wow! I appreciate your act of kindness, thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day," not only acknowledges the person but also spreads positive vibes that the person will carry with him from that moment on.

Life isn't just about seeing and experiencing the beauty in it, but also to make our world a little more beautiful in every little way and every little act!
