When life knocks you down, perhaps it’s time to be thankful for the things going right for you. It’s so easy to lose focus on the good when you’re stressed. Even a meal is a blessing, clean clothes are a blessing, drinking water is a blessing, family and friends are blessings too. There’s more good than bad, and neither of them will last forever. Seize the moment, enjoy being knocked down, it’s just leading you onto a better path.
Day 5 ~ By Acknowledge and Appreciating the Little Things
By acknowledge and appreciating the little things people do for me, I open the doors to larger acts of kindness towards me. By sending out kindness, I attract the same. Today let me share a smile with a stranger, or hold the door open for someone every little act of mine sends a ripple of positivity out, may the ripples find me again in my time of need.
Day 4 ~ It’s Important to Understand that the Way People Behave
It’s important to understand that the way people behave is based on their conditioning. Trauma can make people difficult to understand or deal with, it’s up to you to keep calm and let go. Slow long breaths help, they may have a story that you’re unaware about. Let us peacefully sail through today’s choppy waters.
Day 3 ~ Life Can be Difficult for Some
Life can be difficult for some and for myself as well, let it be a day for me. A day to replenish my energy by doing something I enjoy. Read a book, walk in the forest, get high, relax or meditate. Do what makes you feel complete, what you have been missing, and revel in each moment.
Day 2 ~ As the Saying Goes, you May not be Able to Change the World
As the saying goes, you may not be able to change the world, but you can change a person’s world. Today let me be generous with my time, money or kindness, whatever I can give. Perhaps to someone who needs a listening ear, someone who needs a meal or someone who just needs a pep up. Let me spread some positivity around in any way I can.
