4 Meditations for Raising the Vibrations of the Planet

Meditation should never just be about reaching a state of relaxation. It is about changing thought patterns to positive ones in order to recreate your version of reality. And about revising your actions by becoming more mindful and loving towards yourself and others. Without all of these things, you are only ever reaching a fraction of the bliss you could be enjoying.

By choosing to meditate, you are actually taking positive action to raise the vibrations of the planet, and the sooner you decide to intentionally do so, the better.
