To those who have tried meditation before and allowed themselves to experience what the Sufi poets wrote about; that of the eternal love rising from and within everything in existence, they will know that it’s not so much believing that meditation is the only way to become one with that love, but in finding the right meditation for you.

Your soul and how it inhabits this body is truly unique, and so to force it into any shape it doesn’t want to be in won’t get you anywhere. Finding the right meditation technique may, quite literally, set you free.
