5 Ways to Mold Reality and Access our Magic

Countless visionaries, inspirational speakers and spiritual teachers have told us time and again we are more powerful than we know. We have been told that reality is not as “fixed” as we think and we actually do have more of a say in the reality we wish to experience than just being innocent bystanders of the way our life goes.

What many people may not know is that this process molding our reality is actually much simpler than we think. No, we won’t ever be able to plan every single outcome to a tee, because let’s face it that would take half the fun out of being alive in human form, but we can access much more of our magic than say 20 or 30 years ago.

Consciousness is alive, it is the fabric of all of existence and it is listening to us. Not only the words we say, the things we believe, the actions we take, but also the energetic vibration we sit at most often and how willing we are to call upon its help when we feel hopeless, lost, weak or defeated.

Point blank, consciousness WANTS us to communicate with it. The more we believe in our magic, and the magic of an alive consciousness that is much more mold-able than previous times (due to the earth and it’s inhabitants being aligned with a vibration that allows us to access more of our creator-like powers), and create a relationship or dialogue with this consciousness, the more access we have to powers we may not have ever known about.

Below are 5 ways to Communicate with Consciousness and Align with magic:

1) Ask questions, have a conversation, communicate!

The act of speaking (out loud/or writing) to the universe sets in motion a relationship, a friendship and a guidance system. Sometimes it may not be appropriate to speaking out loud to consciousness, but if every night, you take some time just to talk to the universe, ask it questions you are curious about, ask how a certain situation is there to help you, or ask to be guided or given signs in regards to a particular life situation and watch how the universe begins speaking to you all day long.

It may come in the form of number sequences, a book pops up that answers a question, a friend gives advice that solves a problem, etc. Simply just treating the universe as a friend, and asking it questions will do amazing things in your life.

2) Make contact with the cells of your body (cellular structure)

One of the ways that consciousness can be used to achieve a healthier body/mind/spirit is actually talking with the cells of our body and letting it know what direction we are wanting to go with it. Be careful not to be too specific, as consciousness knows exactly what to do, and specific instructions may be against your highest health.

For example, if we say we want to be size zero, this may be counterproductive to our best health, however if we say, “please lead me to the healthiest weight and size for my height and body type,” this gives instructions without being too restrictive. Don’t hold back, talk to your cells telling it exactly how you want to feel and tell it to lead you to the diet or exercise plan that would most benefit you.

Once your cellular structure has been given an intent/instructions from you, they will work at showing you what foods make you feel amazing, what exercise plan will work best, or may even prompt you to get a checkup or see a professional if there is a health issue that has gone un-addressed.

3) Bless people, places, and things before you come in contact with them

Intention is a powerful tool in manifestation and if we know we are either about to go somewhere that requires a positive outcome, or even if it’s just to the grocery store and you want your experience to be as fulfilling as possible, bless these places before you go!

Send the blessing that, “may I call forth the most fulfilling experiences from everywhere I go today,” or “may I draw forth the highest consciousness from all those I encounter today.” This tells the subconscious mind what to focus on in these encounters.

Also, blessing our food before we eat it, asking that it only serve our highest good, is one way to help guide our body into digesting properly and can actually aid in changing the molecular structure of the food. However, this isn’t fool proof, “I’m going to change brownies to broccoli,” type of situation.

The universe is intelligent and if we are trying to trick it, that simply won’t work. This only means whether you are eating healthy, or indulging in a sweet, thank the universe for the food and ask that it only serves the highest health of your body.

4) Nurture your heart/speak with your emotions

Another effective healing practice is actually speaking with each emotion as we have it, asking it what it needs from us to feel more loved and accepted. The inner child (innocence/heart) is what in fact holds the key to many of the manifestations we long to acquire in our lifetime.


However, if the inner child does not feel acknowledged or loved it will prevent those things from coming into our reality for fear that once we get what we want, we will forget about it once again.

Imagine a parent who neglects their child, then suddenly finds out that loving the child is what will bring it financial abundance for instance, suddenly the parent starts loving the child/acknowledging it, but the child feels manipulated. “You are only paying attention to me to get what you want,” he/she would most likely think.

When our inner child feels tended to and nurtured no matter if we get what we want or not, it is at this point that it begins to feel safe enough to allow more and more blessings into our life. Self-love is perhaps the most effectual source of our magic that we have in this lifetime.

5) Honesty and gratitude

Many people believe they must be in a state of positivity or gratitude at all times in order to manifest things they would like to experience. However, pretending to be positive about something we are not, or to be grateful for something we are not grateful for only sends conflicting messages out into the universe.

While focusing on the things in your life that you do feel grateful for does bring more things to be grateful for, simply stating, “I wish I felt grateful for the job I have,” (aka using honesty), anchors just as high of a vibration as focusing on something that we are grateful for.

The use of the words, “gratitude,” “grateful,” and “thank you” (no matter how they are used) in our honest confessions points the subconscious mind to what to look for more of.

Never be afraid to be honest with the universe, it is your closest friend and confidante and treating it as such opens doors of magic and manifestation that were previously closed.
